Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy
At Crafty Mouse Gifts, we want you to love every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at craftymousegifts@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund.
Returns
If you have already received your order, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return it. The legal minimum is 14 days and we extend this as a gesture of goodwill. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
To request a return, please contact us at craftymousegifts@gmail.com with:
• Your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
• A brief reason for your return
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for returning the item to us safely.
Return Postage
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Sealed items that have been opened for hygiene reasons
• Sale or discounted items unless faulty
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your proof of purchase and we will put it right straight away.
