What You Need

• A quiet comfortable space

• A cushion, chair or yoga mat

• Optional: a crystal or calming object

• Optional: a candle or soft light

Instructions

01 – Create your space

Choose a calm and comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit on a cushion, chair or mat with your back straight but relaxed.

02 – Set your intention

Take a moment to think about what you want from this meditation. It could be peace, clarity, balance or simply a moment of calm.

03 – Focus on your breath

Close your eyes and begin taking slow, steady breaths. Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

04 – Visualise calming energy

Imagine a soft light flowing through your body from the top of your head down to your feet, releasing any tension as it moves.

05 – Stay present

If thoughts appear, gently acknowledge them and return your focus to your breathing.

06 – Close the ritual

After about 10 minutes, slowly open your eyes. Take a few grounding breaths and notice the calm energy you’ve created.

Reflection

Take a moment to notice how your body and mind feel. Meditation becomes more powerful when practiced regularly, even if it’s just a few minutes each day.
